VANILLA CANDLE SPELL
Vanilla itself is a scent that is said to relieve stress and it happens to be my favorite.
While holding a vanilla scented candle in both hands visualize your negative aspects such as stress, fear, anger, etc leaving your body. See them flow out of your heart and your mind, and head off into the upper realms of the Universe where the gods can control them. Do this for a few minutes.
Then say to yourself: “I will not feel stressed. I will not feel fear. I am unafraid. I am feeling much better. This day will no doubt be successful. Now light your candle and chant this 3, 6, 9, or 12 times, depending on how big the problem.
“Vanilla, banish my fear,
Burn my stress,
By the Power of the Goddess
Send these things away.”Let the candle burn until all anxiety disappears.
