In this episode, I’m joined by Sarah Corbett, who is a Clinical Herbalist, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and traditional astrologer who is passionate about helping others come into relationship with the natural world. She is the founder of Rowan + Sage, where she shares handcrafted astrologically-aligned herbal products, works with clients in her clinical practice, and guides others on their plant path through educational programs and mentorship.

Sarah and I had a great conversation where we defined animism, the worldview of seeing everything in the world around us as living and spirited, working with the spirits of the planets and plants, and seeing plants as emissaries of the planets themselves. We also touched on the powerful history of astrology and astroherbalism, dating back to Babylonian astrologers and physicians.
